How to make mulberry porridge

Soak the mulberries for a while, wash them and cook them in a clay pot with glutinous rice. When the porridge is cooked, add rock sugar and dissolve it.

Usage: Take twice a day on an empty stomach. Can be taken frequently.

Efficacy: nourishes the liver and kidneys, nourishes blood and improves eyesight. Suitable for dizziness, tinnitus, vertigo, decreased vision, soreness of waist and knees, premature graying of hair, dry intestines and constipation caused by liver and kidney yin deficiency.

Mulberries contain a large amount of water, carbohydrates, multiple vitamins, carrots, vitamins and trace elements necessary for the human body, which can effectively expand the blood volume of the human body, have a certain effect of lowering blood pressure and lowering blood sugar, and also contain black hair factor, which can make hair black and shiny, so it has the effect of preventing premature graying of hair. The ingredients contained in mulberries, such as rutin, anthocyanin, glucose, fructose, malic acid, calcium, inorganic salts, carotene, multiple vitamins and niacin, have the effect of preventing the spread of tumor cells and avoiding the occurrence of cancer.
