What to do if your baby coughs during the changing seasons

Dry cough soup 1: Tremella, lily and polygonatum soup

Ingredients: 30g Tremella, 30g Lily, 30g Polygonatum, 250g Pork tendon, 3 candied dates.

practice:

1. Cut the pork tendon into pieces and blanch it to remove the meaty smell. Soak the white fungus in clean water, cut off the hard stems and cut into small pieces.

2. Put these ingredients into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours, season with salt, and it is ready to eat.

Dry cough soup 2: stewed salt and orange

Ingredients: 1-2 sweet oranges, a little salt.

practice:

1. Cut the upper 1/4 of the orange, add a little salt and cover it.

2. Put the orange in a bowl and stew it in water for 5 minutes. Peel the orange and eat the flesh.

Lung and spleen deficiency soup 1: Partridge soup with cinnamon and almond

Ingredients: 12 grams of fennel, 15 grams of southern apricots, 10 grams of northern apricots, 1 partridge, 2 candied dates, and 3 grams of tangerine peel.

practice:

1. Kill the partridge, clean it, cut it into large pieces and blanch it to remove the blood. Peel the southern apricots and also peel the skin and tips of the northern apricots.

2. Put the ingredients in step 1 into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat and then simmer for 2 hours. Season with a little salt.

It is recommended that babies eat it over 2 days.

Soup for Lung and Spleen Deficiency: Fig, Lotus Seed, Lily and Pork Tendon Soup

Ingredients: 30 grams of sugar-free figs, 25 grams of lotus seeds, 25 grams of lily, and 200 grams of pork tendon.

1. Boil the pork tendon to remove the fishy smell, put all the ingredients into the pot and add appropriate amount of water.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 1-2 hours. Season with a little salt and serve.
