Ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, peppercorns

Method of mushroom meat slices:

1. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices and marinate with soy sauce and cooking wine for 5-10 minutes. Slice the button mushrooms and set aside.

2. Heat oil, sauté peppercorns until fragrant, then add shredded ginger and marinated meat slices and stir-fry.

3. After the meat changes color, immediately put in the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry continuously. After the shiitake mushrooms release water, cover the pot and simmer for about 2 minutes.

4. After the pot boils, if the color is still light, you can add a little soy sauce to adjust the color. After the shiitake mushrooms have shrunk almost evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and serve.

Tips:

It is not advisable to stew the button mushrooms for too long. You can taste them during the cooking process and remove them from the pot when they are cooked. Because button mushrooms will continue to release water and shrink, if they are not removed from the pot in time, they will lose the soft texture that the mushrooms should have.
