Steps to make homemade pickled melon

1. Remove the flowers from the prepared melon, wash it with clean water, and then drain the water.

2. Put the processed melon in a bowl and add an appropriate amount of edible salt to pickle. After about an hour, the melon will become soft and some water will be pickled out. At this time, pour out the water.

3. Squeeze the pickled melon with your hands, then place the melons in a fresh-keeping box, put a layer of sweet bean sauce on top, then a layer of melon, then another layer of bean sauce, and finally a layer of bean sauce on the top. Seal the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.

4. After 24 hours, the milk melon will be flavorful. When you want to eat it, take it out and eat it directly. If you marinate it for another two days, the taste of the marinated milk melon will be even better.
