Material

5g cooking oil, a little sesame oil, a little pepper, 0.25 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp MSG, 150g rice, 225g oysters, 75g lean pork, a little celery, 1 shallot, 1 coriander, some starch

Oyster porridge recipe

1. Wash and drain the oysters, coat them with starch one by one, blanch them in boiling water, then take them out and rinse them with cold water for later use; wash the rice and mix it with a little oil; wash and chop the celery and coriander; wash and cut the chives into flowers;

2. Wash and chop the lean pork, mix with a little starch, blanch it in boiling water and set aside;

3. Put rice into the porridge pot, add water and bring to a boil, then simmer and cook over low heat while stirring. After 10 minutes, add minced pork and bring to a boil. Add the remaining seasonings and mix well. Add oysters and chopped celery. When it boils again, pour into a bowl and top with chopped green onions and coriander.

Wash the fresh oysters, drain them, mix with sugar (1 teaspoon), salt and oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour the soaked rice and purple rice, along with the chopped ginger, into the Philips HD4723 rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

When the porridge is cooked, add the fresh oysters and the remaining sugar, stir well, and bring to a boil again. Sprinkle with sesame oil, chopped coriander and shredded green onions.

Tips:
