How to eat Yangxincai

There are many ways to eat Yangxincai. It can be blanched and eaten cold, or it can be washed and stir-fried. It is also a great ingredient for stews and hot pot. Today, the editor will introduce to you the specific methods of stir-frying Yangxincai and eating it cold.

Stir-fried Heart-nourishing Vegetables

1. Ingredients: 400 grams of nourishing heart vegetables, appropriate amounts of oil, shallots, garlic slices and salt.

2. Wash the yangxincai with clean water, drain the water, cut off its two ends and set aside. Cut the green onions into small pieces, peel the garlic and cut into slices for later use.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add green onions and then the washed yangxincai, stir-fry quickly, and add the chopped garlic after two minutes.

4. After stir-frying for a few times, add a small amount of table salt and stir well before serving. Finally, add a little sesame oil to enhance the flavor.

Cold Heart Vegetables

1. Ingredients: 500 grams of nourishing heart vegetables, one head of garlic, appropriate amounts of chopped green onion and shredded ginger, a little light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and sesame oil.

2. Wash the yangxincai, blanch it in boiling water for three minutes, remove it and put it in cold water to cool down. After it cools down, take it out, drain the water and put it in a large bowl. Peel the garlic and mince it.

3. Put all the seasonings in a small bowl to make a sauce, pour it on the processed Yangxincai, mix well with chopsticks, and finally add minced garlic and sesame oil to enhance the flavor.
