Ingredients for Sambo Vegetarian Porridge:

Ingredients: 100g polished rice, 50g straw mushrooms, 80g millet

Accessories: 5g carrots

Seasoning: 5g ginger, 2g salt, 1g MSG

How to make Sanbao vegetarian porridge

1. Wash the fresh straw mushrooms, blanch them together with shredded ginger in a pot, rinse and drain.

2. Blanch the carrots in boiling water and drain.

3. Wash the millet, soak it slightly, put it into a wok and fry it with oil.

4. Wash the japonica rice and soak it in cold water. When the rice grains swell and turn milky white, crush them with a spoon.

5. Add about 1000 ml of cold water into the pot, add the japonica rice and boil it over high heat, stir it a few times, then simmer it over low heat until it becomes porridge, add the straw mushrooms, millet, carrots, and shredded ginger, and cook for about 10 minutes, add salt and MSG, stir well, and serve.
