4 ounces of boneless chicken thigh meat, 3 ounces of canned abalone, 8 cups of Cantonese porridge base, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, a little salad oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1 or 2 drops of sesame oil

Abalone Chicken Porridge

1. Wash the chicken thighs, cut into pieces, mix with a little salt and cornstarch and set aside.

2. Open the can, take out the abalone, slice it directly and set aside.

3. Take a deep pot, pour in 8 cups of Cantonese porridge base and bring to a boil over low heat, add the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 and shredded ginger and cook for 15 minutes, then add all the seasonings and mix well.
