1. Sweet and Sour Ginger

After removing the water, put it in a sealed bottle and add rock sugar and balsamic vinegar to marinate. After ten days, the sweet and sour ginger can be marinated and eaten.

2. Pickled Sour Ginger

Pickled sour ginger is also very delicious. It requires 500 grams of ginger, 200 grams of white vinegar, and 100 grams of brown sugar. When pickling, wash the prepared ginger, remove the water, cut it into slices and put it into a clean glass bottle, then add the prepared white poplar and brown sugar to pickle. After one day, the pickled sour ginger will be tasty and can be taken out for consumption.

3. Bean paste ginger

Pickled ginger with bean paste is especially delicious. You need to prepare some bean paste, an appropriate amount of salt and 500 grams of ginger. Wash the ginger and cut it into slices. Marinate it with salt for a few hours to remove the water, and then put it into the bean paste for soaking.
