1. Wash all the ingredients, put them in a pot and add enough water.

2. Cover the pot, put it on the induction cooker, and select the "boil water" mode. (Then, you can do whatever you want, wait for the water to boil, and the induction cooker will call you. Ha-).

3. When the induction cooker makes a sound, indicating that the porridge is boiling, it automatically cuts off the power. At this time, run back to the kitchen, open the pot lid, select the "cooking" mode, 100 degrees.

4. After 20 minutes, turn off the power, cover the lid and simmer for a while before eating.

Tips

There is no need to soak all the materials, just enough water. I used almost 3L of water this time.
