How to eat mushrooms

Mushroom

It is the fruiting body of the tuberous fungus Ckitocyb Cconcrdkoba (Vitt.) Bres. of the phylum Fungi. The flesh is thick and delicious. The cap is 5 to 8 cm wide, flat hemispherical to flat, and the color of dead leaves or light gray-brown. The flesh is white.

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 250 grams of fresh tuberous mushrooms, 200 grams of pork, and 50 grams of bamboo shoots.

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, refined salt, MSG, soy sauce, sugar, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and wet starch.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove the impurities from the mushrooms, clean and slice. Wash and slice the pork.

2. Heat the pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry until the water is dry, then add cooking wine. Stir-fry the soy sauce for a few times, add the scallion, ginger, salt and sugar, stir-fry until the meat slices are cooked, add the tuberous mushrooms and continue to stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed, thicken with wet starch, add a little MSG and stir well, then serve.
