Add 4 cups of rice noodles, 2 pounds of white radish, 3 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt

1.) Mix the rice flour with 3 cups of water to make rice paste.

2.) Shred the white radish, heat up some oil and fry until the shredded radish is transparent, then add the rice paste and fry over low heat, stirring constantly. When half cooked, add seasoning and serve in a mold lined with cellophane.

3.) Prepare a steamer, put the fried rice paste into the steamer, and steam it over high heat for about 40 minutes. If you want to know whether it is cooked through, insert a long bamboo stick and pull it out. If there is no sticky sauce, it means it is fully cooked.
