Garlic Baby Cabbage

1. Cut the baby cabbage into three parts, wash and dry, peel and mince the garlic.

2. Put appropriate amount of water and 1 teaspoon of salt in the pot. After the water boils, put in the baby cabbage and blanch it, then remove it from the pot.

3. Put a little oil in the pot, add the minced garlic when the oil is 60% hot, turn to low heat and fry the minced garlic until golden brown, then remove from the heat.

4. Put the fried garlic on the baby cabbage.

Baby Cabbage with Black Bean and Pepper

1. Break the baby cabbage into pieces, wash them, cut them into three sections, and place them on a plate.

2. Add two tablespoons of homemade chopped pepper and chop the fermented black beans, and spread them evenly on the leaves.

3. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes and pour out the water in the dish.
