Step 1: Prepare about 600 grams of pork belly, basic seasonings, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon and shredded ginger.

Step 3: Add sugar, salt, shredded ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise and peppercorns into the meat.
