1. How to cook dried beans and meat

Step 1: Cut the dried beans into shreds and soak them in clean water, then drain.

Step 2: Wash the pork belly, remove the fishy smell, and cut into pieces. Cut the potatoes into pieces.

Step 3: Add oil to the pot, heat it up and then add onion, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves and star anise.

Step 5: Use another stew pot, add water, boil the water and put in the meat.

Step 7: Season with salt, cook until the potatoes are soft, and add some garlic.

Step 2: Add oil to the pan and stir-fry star anise, then add pork and stir-fry quickly until it changes color.

Step 3: Add thirteen spices, green onion, ginger, cooking wine and water, and stew the meat until it is tender.

Step 4: Add the beans and salt, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5: Stew until the beans are soft and the soup is slightly reduced and ready to serve.
