When making applesauce at home, you can prepare three fresh apples, a cup of water, and an appropriate amount of sugar and honey.

Steps for making applesauce

1. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Put them into the pressure cooker, add a cup of water, cover the lid and the exhaust valve, turn on the fire, and after the exhaust valve starts to emit air, turn down the heat and cook for 20 minutes.

2. After turning off the fire, let the gas in the pressure cooker discharge automatically, then open the lid, add the prepared honey and sugar, turn on the fire again, and use high heat to collect the juice.

3. While collecting the juice, use a spoon to press the apples in the pot hard to crush them. Then wait for the apples to absorb all the liquid in the pot, then you can turn off the heat and let them dry.

4. While the temperature is cooling down, you can prepare two clean glass bottles, disinfect them with boiling water and then drain the moisture. Put the cooled applesauce directly into the glass bottles, seal them, and store them directly in the refrigerator. You can take them out whenever you want to eat them.
