How to make kiwi wine? Tutorial on how to make kiwi wine

Fruit wine made from kiwi fruit is very popular in the market. It has a low alcohol content and tastes sweet and sour and refreshing. People can also absorb rich nutrients after drinking it. So when kiwi fruit is on the market in large quantities, many people want to brew kiwi wine at home. So what should they do at this time?

How to make kiwi wine

1. To make kiwi wine, you need to prepare 3 kg of naturally ripe kiwis, 1500 g of rock sugar and an appropriate amount of pure water, and a large, sealable glass bottle. Cut off both ends of the prepared kiwis, remove the peel and set aside the pulp.

2. Cut the kiwi pulp into slices with an oil-free and water-free knife, and put them directly in a clean glass bottle. Put a layer of kiwi pulp and a layer of rock sugar, then put rock sugar on the top, and then add appropriate amount of pure water. Then seal the glass bottle mouth and put it in a cool and ventilated place for natural fermentation. It will be fermented after three months. Take it out and filter it to get kiwi wine.

1. In addition to preparing fresh kiwifruit, kiwifruit wine also requires yeast powder, white sugar, deodorized alcohol and other ingredients. Wash the prepared kiwifruit with clean water, put it in a crusher and blend it into a pulp. Then add 5% yeast sugar solution and mix it. Put it in a warm environment of about 25 degrees for fermentation.

2. When the kiwi syrup is fermented and the sugar content drops to about 1%, it needs to be squeezed and separated. Then add an appropriate amount of white sugar to the liquid and store it in an environment of about 20 degrees. After 30 days, it needs to be separated again. Only then can deodorizing alcohol be added. Then it can be stored in sealed glass bottles for more than two years. Only then can real kiwi wine be obtained. The alcohol content of the cured kiwi wine should be about 16 degrees.

3. During the continuous fermentation process, kiwi wine cannot experience high temperatures or be exposed to the sun. It must be kept in a cool and ventilated environment at about 20 degrees under sealed conditions. If it is stored in high temperatures or sunlight, it will easily deteriorate during the fermentation process, and then the kiwi wine you make yourself will end in failure.
