1. Fig leaves are sweet, slightly spicy, flat and slightly toxic. The main effects are detoxification, swelling, qi circulation and pain relief.

2. Use some fresh fig leaves, boil them in water, and then use them to fumigate the affected area while they are still hot, twice a day for 20 minutes each time. Generally, one time can relieve the pain, and the hemorrhoids will begin to shrink after 3-5 times.

3. Use some fresh figs, boil them in water and wash the affected area twice a day for 10 minutes each time. Immediately after washing, put the prolapsed part into the anus, then use a towel dipped in the medicine to apply hot compress to the anus for 10 minutes. It will be healed after 2-4 days.

4. Take some fig leaves, boil them in water and wash the soles of both feet with them three times a day. You can also use a towel dipped in the decoction to apply hot compress to both sides of the Yongquan acupoints three times a day for 5-10 minutes each time. This can effectively treat vomiting and diarrhea in children.

5. Because fig leaves contain photosensitive substances, fig leaves are often used in medicine to treat vitiligo.
