When making cold noodles, you need flour, cucumber, bean sprouts, salt and other materials. In addition, you need chili oil, soy sauce, garlic paste, vinegar and other seasonings. You can prepare them in any quantity you want.

Specific method of making Liangpi

1. Add water to the flour and knead it into dough. After kneading, let it sit for fifteen to twenty minutes. At this time, prepare a basin, add clean water, and then put the kneaded dough in the water to wash it, so that all the starch in the dough can be washed out.

2. Soak the remaining gluten after washing the noodles in clean water aside and let the noodles water settle naturally.

3. After sedimentation, remove the clean water on top, put clean water in the pot, then take a stainless steel basin, brush some cooking oil on the bottom of the basin, pour in the obtained flour liquid, and let them evenly dispersed on the bottom of the basin.

4. Put the basin in the pot and steam it. After five or six minutes, the homemade cold skin will be ready. Take it out and put it in cold water to cool down. Then you can cut it into long strips you like, add seasonings and side dishes and mix well before eating.
