Artificial cultivation technology of Morchella

1. Morel is an expensive mushroom . Morel has a special fragrance, and its nutritional value is also very high. It also has good medicinal value. It can strengthen the yang, nourish the brain, and refresh the mind. Therefore, the price of morel is very high. The price of morel in China is 500-700 yuan/KG, and the price of morel in the international market will be even higher. However, morel is a wild mushroom, and its resources are very limited. Now some people are doing artificial cultivation of morel, and the prospects for artificial cultivation of morel are bright.

2. Growth conditions of Morchella The mycelium growth temperature of Morchella is 20-24℃, and the fruiting body growth temperature is 15-18℃. The mycelium growth does not require light, and the carbon dioxide in the growth environment cannot be too high, otherwise deformed fungi will be produced. The pH requirement is 7.0-8.0.

3. The cultivation formula of Morchella is 75% sawdust (or cottonseed shell), 20% bran, 1% phosphate fertilizer, 1% gypsum, and 3% humus. The ratio of these bases to water is 1:1.3. First put these culture media into bags, 500-600 grams per bag, sterilize first, then inoculate, and then cultivate. After the mycelium is full in the bag, cultivate it for five or six days before cultivation. Morchella can be cultivated indoors or outdoors.
