2. Cook the rice porridge until it is very soft and the rice soup is naturally thick. Then cool it down in water and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

3. Add the diced fruit and stir well before eating.

People who engage in intense exercise or heavy physical labor will also lose a lot of vitamin C due to sweating. Some diseases and drugs can also affect the absorption of vitamin C. Therefore, fruit cannot be the only source of vitamin C for the human body. Vitamin C tablets should be taken when necessary.
