The simplest and most common way to eat avocado is to eat it directly. Take out the avocado and put it under running water to rinse its surface, then dry it, cut it in the middle, dig out the larger pit in the middle, and then use a scraper to peel off the outer dark green peel. Cut the obtained flesh into pieces and eat it directly with a toothpick. This way you can taste the fresh and tender taste of avocado, but its taste is quite unique, and people may be a little uncomfortable at first.

Make a fruit salad

1. Making fruit salad with avocado is the most correct way to eat it. Because avocados are not fully ripe when picked for the convenience of transportation and preservation, many people buy relatively hard avocados. Such avocados do not taste good when eaten directly. Pairing it with other fruits and adding salad dressing to make a fruit salad will make it taste more tempting.

2. When making fruit salad with avocado, you can remove the core and peel, cut the pulp into even-sized pieces, add appropriate amounts of cooked corn and broccoli, and then add appropriate amounts of cherry tomatoes and kiwi pulp. You can also add your favorite fruit pieces according to your needs. Finally, add tomato sauce or salad dressing and mix well before eating.

Eat as jam

Avocado is a natural jam, but this statement only applies to fully ripe avocados, because the flesh of fully ripe avocados is particularly tender and soft. After taking it out, it can be used directly as jam, or it can be spread on bread or steamed buns. In addition to these ways of eating, you can also put the ripe avocado flesh and milk in a food processor to make an avocado milkshake, which tastes particularly tempting.
