How to make crucian carp porridge with herbs

1. Kill the local crucian carp, clean it, apply salt, add a little cooking wine and ginger and marinate for a while.

2. Soak the coriander in salt water for 5-10 minutes and scrape off the mud on the roots. Wash the patchouli and the white radish and cut into sections.

3. Wash the rice, add a little salt and oil to marinate, then prepare a few slices of ginger and scallops and soak them in hot water for a while.
