1. When pickling cabbage, you need to prepare fresh cabbage, appropriate amounts of white vinegar, sugar, table salt, sesame oil, MSG and other seasonings.

2. Remove the outer old leaves of the prepared cabbage, wash them with clean water, cut them into thin strips, then add edible salt and mix well before marinating. Take them out after marinating for one hour, squeeze out the water, and put them back into a small bowl.

3. Add white vinegar and sugar together and mix well, then marinate. After three or four hours, the leaves can be put into the marinade. At this time, add sesame oil and MSG for seasoning. After mixing well, it can be eaten directly.

1. When pickling cabbage, you need to prepare one or two fresh cabbages, about ten dried red peppers, an appropriate amount of table salt and a small amount of vinegar, and some onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin strips. Marinate it with salt for a while to soften it. Drain the water, chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside. Chop the dried red pepper into fine pieces.

3. Take out the pickled cabbage and add chopped onion, ginger and garlic. Heat oil in a wok, then add the chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Fry out the chili oil and pour it directly on the pickled cabbage. The spicy and delicious pickled cabbage is ready to be eaten.
