Nutrition of Cishi

What nutrients does Cishishi contain? In fact, Cishishi has a lot of nutrients. Let me summarize them for you below.

Cishi

Cishi, also known as Jitou rice, Shuijitou, Jitoubao, etc., is the first choice of food for autumn tonic. Ancient medicine books say that it is a good cold dish that "can keep infants and young children young and prolong their life for the elderly."

Cishi contains extremely rich carbohydrates, which are easily absorbed by the human body. Eating it in autumn can strengthen the spleen and stomach and supplement nutrients. When stewed with lean meat, Cishi is very beneficial for relieving symptoms of deficiency and excess such as neuralgia, headache, joint pain, waist and leg pain. Eating Cishi regularly can treat frequent urination in the elderly. Cishi can be used raw and fried. Raw Cishi is mainly used to nourish the kidney and astringe the essence, while fried Cishi is mainly used to strengthen the spleen and stimulate the appetite. Wheat bran should be added when frying, and the heat should be controlled well. It is the best food for children, the elderly, and those with weak kidneys and indigestion, about 50 grams per meal. It is not suitable for people with constipation, red urine, postpartum women, and infants.
