How to make raw herring fillet porridge

Material

Ingredients: 100g glutinous rice, 200g black fish,

Seasoning: 5g green onion, 3g ginger, 4g salt, 2g MSG, 5g vegetable oil, 2g sesame oil

Steps for making raw herring porridge

1. Wash the herring, remove the meat, drain the water, and cut into thin slices;

2. Put the fish fillet in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, and cooked vegetable oil, mix well and marinate;

3. Wash the japonica rice, soak it in cold water for half an hour, remove it and drain the water;

4. Take a pot and add about 1000 ml of cold water, add polished rice, first boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat;

5. When the porridge is almost done, add the fish slices;

6. When it boils, add MSG and salt to taste, sprinkle with shredded ginger and green onion, and drizzle with sesame oil.

Food incompatibility:

Japonica rice: Tang Dynasty Meng Shen said: "Japonica rice cannot be eaten with horse meat, as it will cause tumors. It cannot be eaten with Xanthium sibiricum, as it will cause sudden heart pain."

Wang Yuying of the Qing Dynasty: "Although fried rice is fragrant, it is dry and helps to stimulate fire. People who are not suffering from cold and diarrhea should avoid it."

Black carp: Black carp should not be eaten with plums; black carp should not be fried with beef or mutton oil; black carp should not be eaten with Schizonepeta, Atractylodes macrocephala, and Atractylodes lancea.
