Everyone knows that persimmons are delicious fruits, but can you make delicious persimmon cheese balls using persimmons as ingredients? Let me introduce it to you.

A fresh way to eat persimmons--Persimmon cheese balls

raw material:

One ripe persimmon, 5-6 tablespoons of plain flour (I didn’t weigh the exact amount), and an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese.

Persimmon cheese ball method:

1. Wash the ripe soft persimmons and dig out the flesh.

2. Pick out the persimmon tongue inside. I eat it while picking.

3. Sift in plain flour.

4. Knead into a non-sticky dough.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes.

6. Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes.

7. After 20 minutes, knead the persimmon dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.

8. Flatten the small dough with your palm, then push it open with your fingers and place the mozzarella cheese cubes in the middle.

9. Wrap the cheese with the dough, make sure it is tightly wrapped, and pinch the joints with your hands to make sure there are no gaps, otherwise the cheese will easily overflow when frying.

10. Use your palms to roll the small balls wrapped with cheese into round shapes.

11. Heat oil in a pan, add more oil, put in cheese and persimmon balls when the oil is hot, fry over low heat until the surface is browned and then take them out.

Persimmon Cheese Ball Notes:

1. When wrapping cheese with bread, be sure to pinch the gap tightly with your hands, otherwise the cheese will overflow.

2. The fried product should be eaten while hot, as the core will become hard when it cools down.

3. You can eat it with condensed milk or jam according to your taste. Of course, it tastes good without dipping it.
