4 persimmons, 6 ripe walnuts, 8 chestnuts, 1 tablespoon honey

Persimmon roll production steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Steam the chestnuts in a steamer until cooked and set aside.

3. Remove the middle part of the persimmon cake.

4. Then cut it off.

5. Use a knife to slowly peel apart the persimmon cake.

6. Press into a long persimmon skin.

7. Place 2=3 cooked walnut kernels on top of the persimmons.

8. Roll up slowly.

9. Roll into persimmon rolls and set aside.

10. Put the steamed chestnuts into a blender and blend them into chestnut paste.

11. Add honey to the chestnut paste and mix well.

12. Divide the chestnut paste into small portions, roll them into strips and place them on the persimmons.

13. Then roll it up to make chestnut persimmon roll.

14. Then cut the prepared persimmon rolls into thick slices and serve.

Persimmon Roll Tips

It is best to choose persimmon cakes that are larger, more complete in shape and thicker, as they are easier to handle.

When making persimmon cake into persimmon peel, slowly peel it apart a little bit with a knife, and then gently flatten it with the back of the knife.
