Autumn Persimmon Balls Ingredients:

2 fresh persimmons, appropriate amounts of flour, sugar, baking powder, salad oil, and shredded carrots.

Autumn persimmon balls method:

1. Peel the fresh persimmons, put them into a bowl and beat them into a thin paste with bamboo chopsticks. Then add flour, sugar and baking powder, mix them into a persimmon paste of appropriate dryness and thinness, and let it stand for about 10 minutes for later use.

2. Put the pan on the fire, pour in salad oil and heat it until it is 40% to 50% hot. Squeeze the persimmon paste into balls with your hands, put them into the pan and fry until they are golden and cooked. Remove from the pan, drain the oil and serve on a plate. Finally, sprinkle with fried shredded carrots and dip in sugar to eat.
