4. After the snow fungus is boiled, simmer it for a while, then reduce the heat to low, and repeat the process several times. After 30 minutes, when the snow fungus becomes gelatinous, add the rock sugar.

5. Then pour the soaked dried lily into the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

6. Add loquat pieces.

7. Cook until the loquat changes color.
