Ingredients: Main ingredients: 300g beef brisket (waist pit), 400g white radish

3g ginger, 8g salt, 2g star anise, 2g MSG, 1g pepper

How to cook beef brisket stewed with radish:

1. Cut the beef brisket into pieces and rinse off the blood with water;

2. Wash the white radish and cut it into cubes;

3. Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, and blanch the beef brisket and white radish cubes separately;

4. Put the blanched beef brisket, ginger slices and star anise into a stew pot, add water and bring to a boil;

5. Skim off the foam on the surface, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours;

6. When the beef brisket is 70% to 80% cooked, remove the lid, add the white radish cubes, cover again and continue to simmer over low heat for about 1 hour;

7. When the beef brisket and white radish cubes are well cooked, add salt, MSG and pepper to adjust the taste. Food incompatibility with white radish: White radish should not be eaten with ginseng or American ginseng.
