Knowing that baby Kachi had a fever at home, mom couldn't concentrate on her class. It was really raining cats and dogs! The baby had just failed the trace element test, and now he had a cold, fever, and sore throat. After get off work, mom went straight to Walmart supermarket and bought a lot of things, including blood tonics and various fruits. The baby has been eating less fish recently, so I carefully checked the information on the Internet yesterday and decided to use food tonic as much as possible.

Besides, people with colds need to eat light food, so I found a group of mothers in Baby Kitchen to ask for advice. It was almost 8 o'clock when I got home. I ate a few bites of rice and went to the kitchen to prepare dinner for my baby: I prepared the rice porridge first, peeled the shrimps, removed the shrimp paste, and chopped them into rice-like pieces. I cut the ginger and scallions and set them aside. After the rice porridge boiled, I added the shrimps. After about 30 minutes, I added the scallions and ginger (because baby Kachi doesn't like ginger, I took out the ginger after cooking for a while). After the pot boiled, I added the chopped spinach leaves, which looked good.

It was almost nine o'clock and the work was done. I served a bowl of it and let it cool. My baby's appetite was not good to begin with, and it was even worse when he was sick. He had to take all kinds of medicines, and he would vomit every time. It was the same yesterday. He vomited soon after taking the medicine. Maybe it was because his stomach was not used to it. I wish my baby could eat more. Mommy spent half a day cooking porridge, but my baby only ate two mouthfuls. He also ate a little in the middle of the night, but it still seemed that he didn't like it. Mommy still needs to work hard. I also bought a recipe book yesterday. I will continue to study it when my baby recovers from the illness!

Before going to work, I told grandma to put some whitebait and spinach in the noodles when cooking for the baby. I really hope baby Kachi can get better soon!
