How to make stir-fried green cabbage

1. We need to wash the cabbage first, then tear it into square pieces, not too big, two centimeters square is enough. Put the cabbage slices in boiling water, take them out and drain them for later use.

2. Put oil in the pot, add dried chili peppers and chopped green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for half a minute, then turn off the heat. Don't forget to turn on the range hood, as it is very choking at this time, especially when the dried chili peppers are put into the oil, the smell is particularly strong.

3. After the oil in the pot has cooled down, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG into the oil and mix well.

4. Add the cabbage slices into the pot, mix well, and then serve on a plate.

5. Sprinkle chopped coriander on the surface of the cabbage in the plate, and place coriander leaves around the plate. Now a plate of fragrant, fresh and tender stir-fried green cabbage can be served.
