1. Preparation for stir-frying cabbage

2. Start by stir-frying the cabbage

After turning on the fire, put the pot in, remember to boil the water in the pot dry, then add oil. When the oil is 70% hot, first add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili, stir-fry slightly until the aroma comes out. At this time, put the cabbage into the pot and continue to stir-fry.

3. Stir-fry the cabbage and serve

When you see the cabbage spots change color, it means the dish is cooked. We add an appropriate amount of salt and MSG, drizzle with sesame oil and it is ready to serve.
