Kind tips:

It is edible for the general population;

Eat healthy:

1. Sausages can stimulate the appetite and increase food intake.

2. Green beans are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and soybean lecithin, which can maintain blood vessel elasticity, strengthen the brain and prevent the formation of fatty liver;

3. Green beans are rich in saponins, protease inhibitors, isoflavones, molybdenum, selenium and other anti-cancer ingredients, which have inhibitory effects on almost all cancers such as prostate cancer, skin cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, etc.

4. Soybeans are sweet in taste, neutral in nature, enter the spleen and are in the intestinal meridian; they have the effects of strengthening the spleen and relieving fullness, moistening dryness and eliminating water; they are mainly used to treat malnutrition, diarrhea, abdominal distension and emaciation, pregnancy poisoning, sores, carbuncles, swelling and poison, and traumatic bleeding.

Food taboos:

1. Children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with hyperlipidemia should eat less or no food. People with liver and kidney dysfunction are not suitable for consumption.

2. Beans contain a factor that can cause goiter, which can promote the excretion of thyroid hormone, which can easily lead to thyroid hormone deficiency in the body and cause the thyroid gland to increase in size. Children are more vulnerable during their growth and development period, so beans, especially uncooked beans, should not be eaten frequently.
