Hericium erinaceus, shiitake mushroom, chicken, pork bone, ginger slices, salt, wolfberry

Hericium erinaceus method steps:

Step 1: Soak the Hericium erinaceus and winter mushrooms in warm water, remove the roots, and wash them clean for later use

Step 2: Chop the chicken and pork bones into large pieces and wash them with clean water.

Step 3: Put the ginger slices, pork bones, chicken pieces, mushrooms and Hericium erinaceus into the soup pot and add appropriate amount of water.

Step 4: Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil over high heat.

Step 5: After the water boils, turn to low heat and slowly simmer the soup for about 2 hours.

Step 6: Cook the soup over low heat until the soup thickens.

Step 7: Add salt, wolfberry, chicken essence and other seasonings according to personal taste.

Note: It is very important to soak and clean the Hericium erinaceus. If it is not cleaned thoroughly, the soup will taste bitter. It is recommended to use 30-40 degree rice water to soak and clean the Hericium erinaceus, which will have a better soup effect.
