When brewing drip coffee, you must first prepare the drip coffee pot and coffee powder, and then put the coffee powder into the drip coffee pot. To do this, you need to gently shake the funnel in the drip coffee pot with your hand to shake the coffee powder until the surface is flat. The amount of coffee powder added each time should be about 15 grams. If the coffee pot is larger and can brew two cups at a time, then the coffee powder needs to be increased to 30 grams. 2. After putting the coffee powder in place, tap the drip funnel containing the coffee powder a few times in the east, west, south and north directions. This will increase the density of the coffee powder and reduce the space between them. When boiling water is poured in, it will not run too fast, and a more fragrant coffee can be extracted. 3. After the density of the coffee powder increases, use clean soup to compact the coffee powder along the edge of the funnel until no gaps are visible. This way, when you pour in boiling water, the coffee powder will remain stable and will not float. After all this, use a clean spoon to dig a hole in the middle of the coffee powder with a diameter of three centimeters and a depth of one centimeter. 4. Place the drip funnel filled with coffee powder on the coffee pot, then pour in boiling water directly, let the waste water slowly pour in from the middle hole in a spiral manner, wait for about 20 seconds, and then add water again. Let it stay for 20 seconds in the middle to allow the aroma of the coffee to be fully awakened. After extracting the coffee night, take it out and pour it directly into the coffee cup. The remaining coffee powder residue can be directly removed, and then rinse the drip coffee pot, take an appropriate amount of milk or sugar and put it directly into the coffee and mix well, then you can enjoy the delicious coffee. 5. When brewing drip coffee, you must know that the coffee powder added to the coffee pot can only be brewed once and cannot be extracted repeatedly. This is because the protein, oil, caffeine and other substances in the coffee powder after one brewing have been dissolved by water. When brewing again, the coffee brewed will have almost no aroma and the nutritional value is particularly low. |
