When brewing Colombian coffee, it is best to use purified water, but try not to use distilled water, so that the brewed coffee can be more fragrant, stronger and mellower.

3. When brewing Colombian coffee, the ratio of coffee beans to water must be controlled. Under normal circumstances, 15 grams of coffee beans or coffee powder can make a cup of 180 ml of coffee liquid. In addition, the temperature of the water must be controlled when brewing Colombian coffee. It is not suitable to brew with boiling water, let alone low-temperature water.
