Stir-fried yam is delicious and simple

1. Ingredients: 400 grams of yam, 30 grams each of chopped green onion, ginger, and white vinegar, and appropriate amounts of salt, chicken essence, and cooking oil.

2. Blanch the yam in boiling water, take it out after two minutes and use a knife to peel off the skin. This is not only easy to peel, but also will not cause itching symptoms caused by splashing yam juice.

3. Cut the peeled yam into slices of your favorite shape and soak it in cold water immediately.
