Chili sauce is a traditional food in my country with a very long history of consumption. The production of chili sauce is time-consuming and not particularly easy to master, but there are still some simple chili sauces that are suitable for making at home. 1. How to make brown sugar chili sauce

Step 1: Add appropriate amounts of dried red pepper, brown sugar, salt, oil, sesame seeds and peanuts.

Step 2: Crush the dried red pepper in a food processor, then soak it in warm water and drain.

Step 3: Fry the peanuts first and then crush them.

Step 4: Add oil to the wok, add dried red peppers and stir-fry evenly until it becomes a sauce.

Step 5: Finally add sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, and brown sugar, stir well and let cool.

2. How to make minced meat chili sauce

Step 1: 1000 grams of fresh red pepper, 500 grams of pork belly, half a pound of garlic, and a little ginger.

Step 2: Chop red pepper, garlic and ginger, and dice the pork belly.

Step 3: Add oil to the pan and fry the pork belly until fragrant, then drain the oil and take out.

Step 4: Put red pepper directly into the pot, stir-fry until fragrant, then add oil, ginger and garlic.

Step 5: After the red oil comes out of the pan, add the diced meat and stir-fry.

3. How to make Korean chili sauce

Step 1: glutinous rice flour, chili powder, vinegar, fish sauce, salt, sugar, honey, sesame and wine.

Step 2: Use glutinous rice flour to mix water and set aside.

Step 3: Combine vinegar, wine, salt, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl, then add honey and chili powder.

Step 4: Boil water in a pot, add glutinous rice flour water and chili powder juice, mix well and add sesame seeds.
