How to cultivate and eat Haibao bacteria

Haibao bacteria, also known as Haibao, is a symbiotic organism of lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and acetic acid bacteria. It is rich in organic acids, sugars, vitamins B and C, lecithin, amino acids, coenzyme A, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium and other minerals and about 20 kinds of natural nutrients. It has many functions such as health care, nutrition, prevention, medical treatment, rehabilitation, and beauty. It is one of the most popular health foods nowadays. Let's take a look at the cultivation and eating methods of Haibao bacteria.

How to cultivate and eat Haibao bacteria

1. A container, such as a glass bottle, but not containers such as iron, copper, and aluminum, can be disinfected with boiling water.

2. Prepare the raw materials, including black tea or green tea, pure white sugar or glucose, and honey. Start the culture (note that human hands should not touch directly to avoid contamination and unsuccessful cultivation).

3. Mix in a certain proportion and put into the container to enter the natural cultivation state. During the whole process, it must not be shaken or moved.

4. Under room temperature conditions, a slightly sour smell will generally come out of the bottle in 2-3 days, bubbles will begin to appear in 4-5 days, and the sour honey aroma will be wafting out in about 10 days. The bottle will be calm, and the pure natural black tea health culture medium has been successfully cultivated.

5. The culture medium can be stored in the refrigerator and can be drunk directly as tea every day, or it can be mixed with cold boiled water or warm boiled water for drinking.
