1. Don’t eat too much

Avocados are rich in fat, energy and calcium. If babies eat too many avocados every day, they may suffer from overnutrition and obesity. Excessive calcium accumulation in the body is not easy to be absorbed by the body. In addition, the baby's organs are not fully developed and cannot excrete excess calcium, which may have a great impact on the baby's metabolism. Therefore, babies can only eat one avocado a day at most.

2. Don’t eat too much

Newly born babies are only suitable for breast milk or formula milk. It is best not to eat any other nutrients, including avocados. Avocados are rich in nutrients, but babies who are too young cannot digest them because their digestive organs are not fully developed. Therefore, it is recommended that babies should eat avocados at least six months later and only eat a small amount a day.

3. Eat fresh food

The baby's body is still in the growth stage, and the functions of various organs have not yet developed. Any food must be fresh and not expired. If you eat expired or rotten avocados, you may experience diarrhea or vomiting, which is not good for the baby's growth and development.

At the same time, when babies eat avocado, they should not eat it with watermelon, because watermelon is cool in nature, and avocado contains a high amount of fat.
