1. When making plum wine at home, you should prepare 500 grams of fresh plums, 150 grams of honey, 2000 grams of liquor, and a clean glass bottle. The liquor must be pure grain liquor with an alcohol content of more than 38 degrees.

2. Wash the prepared fresh plums with clean water, remove the moisture on the surface, dig out the core from the middle, put it in a clean glass bottle, add the prepared honey and mix well, and finally pour the prepared white wine into the glass bottle and seal it. After two or three months, the plum wine inside will be fermented and can be taken out and filtered before drinking.

How to make plum wine

1. When making plum wine yourself, you need to prepare 3000 grams of fresh plums, 1500 grams of rock sugar, 500 grams of low-alcohol sorghum wine, and a clean glass bottle. Sterilize the prepared glass bottle with high temperature and dry it in the sun to dry all the water in it.

2. Wash the prepared fresh plums with clean water and dry them. Then use a clean fruit knife to cut some holes on their surface. Then put the plums into a clean glass bottle, put a layer of plums and a layer of rock sugar. Finally, pour the prepared sorghum wine into the glass bottle and seal the bottle mouth.

3. When putting plums into the glass bottle, you must not fill it too full. You should leave 20% of the space for fermentation. Put it in a cool environment to ferment. After about three months, the plum wine inside will be fermented. The filtered liquid can be placed in a sealed glass bottle for secondary fermentation. This time the time required is relatively short and it can be completed in about ten days. After fermentation, take it out and drink it directly.
