How long does homemade strawberry jam keep?

1. There is no preservative in homemade strawberry jam. Its shelf life is shorter than that of the strawberry jam sold outside. Under normal circumstances, if it is sealed and stored in the refrigerator, it can be kept for 3 to 6 months without deterioration. In addition, when making strawberry jam, lemon juice is added, which has a preservative effect and can appropriately extend the shelf life of homemade strawberry jam.
