1. When making peach jam, choose ripe fresh peaches, wash them with clean water, remove the skin and the core, then cut the peach pulp into pieces and put them into a large bowl.

2. Add the prepared white sugar into the peach pulp, mix it evenly with chopsticks, then cover the top with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
