Wine storage:

1. The wine bottle must be placed diagonally, horizontally or upside down so that the wine can contact the cork to keep it moist;

2. The ideal wine storage temperature is between 10 and 16 degrees Celsius. The lower the temperature, the slower the maturity. The humidity is about 60% to 80%, but the wine label is prone to mold when the humidity exceeds 75%.

3. Constant temperature is more important than low temperature. Keep away from heat sources such as kitchens, water heaters, and stoves. A constant temperature of 5 to 10 degrees Celsius higher than the ideal temperature is far more ideal than a place with a large temperature difference between hot and cold. So if you don’t have ideal wine storage equipment and want to buy some wine to drink and taste slowly, you can wrap it with newspapers, nylon and other materials to reduce the impact of external temperature changes, then pack it in boxes and find the coolest place that is not affected by sunlight to store it;

4. Avoid damage from strong light, noise and vibration;

5. Avoid placing the wine together with odorous or unpleasant-smelling items such as gasoline, solvents, paint, and medicinal materials to prevent the wine from absorbing the odor.
