1. Temperature

Temperature is an important condition for growing pitcher plants, because pitcher plants are a tropical plant. Usually, they like high temperature environments. They will only grow vigorously when the outside temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees. After entering the cold winter, they must be moved to an environment above ten degrees, otherwise they will die due to low temperatures.

2. Moderate light

Nepenthes is a special plant that both likes and fears sunlight. It likes plenty of sunlight but is afraid of direct sunlight. It is best to place it in an environment with sufficient scattered light to promote the healthy growth of the pitcher plant. If the pitcher plant is not allowed to receive sunlight for a long time, it will grow slowly and the plant will become weaker.

3. Water in time

Nepenthes is a plant that has a relatively high demand for water, especially in the hot summer. It should be watered twice a day, and its branches and leaves should be sprayed with a watering can in the afternoon. This can keep the environment and soil moist, which can promote the rapid growth of the pitcher plant. After the ambient temperature drops, the number of watering can be appropriately reduced.

1. The pitcher plant is mainly for viewing leaves. It will bloom after 3 to 5 years of cultivation. The flowers are relatively small and can emit an unpleasant odor. At this time, it must be moved outdoors for maintenance, otherwise the indoor environment will be polluted.

2. Nepenthes is a vine plant, so you must provide it with proper support when cultivating it so that its vines can spread and grow.
