How to make pickled green peppers

1. Select the prepared green peppers, remove the ones with worm holes or rotten ones, and then remove the stems. After processing, wash the green peppers with clean water, and then drain the water for later use.

2. Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Then put the green peppers into the boiling water and blanch them for one minute. After blanching, take them out, cool them down, and drain the water.

3. Heat the prepared cooking oil in a wok. After the oil is boiled, add peppercorns and other spices, fry until fragrant, then add sugar and soy sauce, mix well, boil and turn off the heat to cool. After cooling, pour the obtained sauce into the peppers for pickling. It will be ready in about ten to fifteen days. Pickled green peppers can be stored for a long time, so you can take them whenever you want.
