3. Baked wild rice stem with sea salt

Water bamboo can also be roasted and eaten. Before roasting, you need to prepare two water bamboo shoots and 40 grams of sea salt. Wash the water bamboo with the skin, remove the moisture, spread some sea salt on the baking tray, put the water bamboo into the baking tray, sprinkle some sea salt on it, and then bake it in the oven. It can be baked at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. After baking, take it out to cool down, then peel it and eat it.
