How to make delicious cold noodles

1. How to make Korean cold noodles

Step 1: half a cucumber, 50 grams of braised beef in soy sauce, an appropriate amount of Korean cold noodles, 1 sand pear, a little ginger and coriander, apple cider vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili oil.

Step 2: Boil the eggs and cut them in half. Wash the rest of the vegetables and cut them into strips.

Step 3: Add cold boiled water to a bowl, put in two spoons of sugar, shredded ginger and pear, and lemon juice, mix well, and put in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 5: Place the marinated beef slices, eggs, coriander and various shredded vegetables on top of the noodles. Step 6: Add chili oil and soy sauce to season before eating.

2. How to make Italian cold noodles

Step 1: 200 grams of pasta, a little carrot, white radish, cucumber, onion, sesame, broth, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Step 2: Cut the radish, cucumber and green onion into shreds and soak them in cold water.

Step 3: Crush the sesame seeds to release the oil, then add the broth and soy sauce to make a sauce.

Step 4: Boil water in a pot, add two spoons of salt, put in the pasta and cook.

Step 5: After ten minutes, remove the pasta, drain and place on a plate.

Step 6: Add some sesame oil, sauce and various shredded vegetables, and stir evenly before eating.
